Компания HILTY (филиал HILTI в Беларуси) работает с юридической фирмой ЮрЗнак с 2008 года.
Раньше мы сотрудничали с другой опытной юридической компанией в Беларуси, но свой выбор остановили на ЮрЗнак, прежде всего из-за их компетентности и быстроты обслуживания. Они не только концентрируются на проблеме, но и думают о последствиях как бизнес-партнер; они предлагают ответы, которые являются и юридическими рекомендациями, и бизнес-решениями. Юристы ЮрЗнака обладают хорошим практическим опытом, очень ответственны. В нашей практике был случай, когда мы внесли  оплату на неверный номер счета. Юрист Надежда Знак принесла извинения за то, что не дала подробную платежную инструкцию и подготовила письмо для возврата денег. Более того, она предложила, внесли плату за нашу фирму, пока не произойдет возврат денег. Это отношение показывает, что они ответственны и ориентированы на интересы клиентов.
Мы стараемся быть партнером для клиента по любому вопросу. Вероятно, такая же клиентская позиция ООО «ЮрЗнак» – причина нашего близкого сотрудничества.

Большую часть времени я работал с Максимом Знаком, и он является профессионалом, который способен найти решение в любой ситуации и дать необходимые рекомендации. Мы часто обсуждали проблемы, которые связаны с ведением бизнеса: я имею в виду, что очень важно знать, что нового принято в законодательстве, и нам очень повезло, что мы можем услышать мнение компетентного юриста по данному вопросу.

The company HILTY BY (a subsidiary company of HILTI in Belarus), has been working with the law firm JurZnak since 2008.
We previously worked with another law company in Belarus, which was of course also a very experienced one. But we decided to choose JurZnak, first of all because of their competence, fast reaction and what is the most important for me the- they focus not only on solving problem, but thinking ahead, as a buisness partner, and coming up with the solutions which are not only lawyers, reccomendations, but also buisness solutions for us.
They have good practical experience, and they also take responsibility. In our practiсe there was a specific situation, when we paid a state fee to a wrong account. JurZnak’s lawyer Nadya Znak apologized for not giving a detailed payment instruction and prepared a letter to return this money, but also she suggested that they pay the fee for us and after the budget returns us the wrongly paid fee, we compensate these expenses. This attitude shows that they take responsobility and are client-orientired. By the way this is very much like our behavior in HILTI towards to clients: we do not want to move responsibility from us to someone else.

In anything a client is complaning or asking we are his partner. The same behaviour is probably why we are so close cooperating with JurZnak.

Most of time I personally worked with Maxim Znak and his strong sides are the same as those of JurZnak: professionalism, looking for solution, giving a buisness parthner advice. We also often discussed some issues which are not directly related to our buisness-activities: I mean while doing buisness in foreign countries it is important to have an overview of what is going on in the industry, what is going on in legislation, and it’s great when the manager can hear another competent opinion from the lawyer about those matters.
